Reports have been coming in about a variety of ketamine containing an adulterant which clogs syringes. It tends to be finely ground ("shardy"). When cooked, an oil sometimes forms on top. When it cools inside the barrel it congeals and clouds it. If dropped into room-temperature sterile water, it seems to separate into two solids, one which floats on top and the other which sinks to the bottom. The one that floats looks waxier than the other, which would make sense.
Has anyone come across this, and does anyone have any info on what it might be?
