dont want to patronize you, but you came here for advice....
i think the big vendors are avoiding this as there are possible impurities that are illegal.
just had a quick google and the only sites selling blotters atm either look very shady, or there is one in particular that is known for poisoning people...sold fake apb
but i'd check your source on 'safe or scam.com'

the two big eu based sites i know are only selling powder atm...

i would trust myself better than a vendor....you can dilute the powder in water and dose accurately that way [ iirc its water soluble....or possibly alc ]
that seems far safer....i still wouldnt have the balls to do it myself
