Ok, so we all know hash oil can be made from washing plant matter with a solvent and evaporating the solvent. But my question is, is it possible to make hash oil from bong water.
So for whatever reason i had at the time, about a week ago I started collecting really dirty bong water in a big jar, thinking I could find some use for it. the water looks like muddy river water. Its riddled with uncombusted plant matter and very murky with cannabinoid containing oils im sure.
My theory is that this can be mixed thoroughly with a solvent such as acetone, hexane, or maybe even iso alcohol. I think that the cannabinoids, being insoluble in the water and soluble in the acetone, will bind to the solvent. Then let the mixture seperate and pipette off the solvent layer. Then you have the usual solvent/ thc solution that can be evaporated.

You guys think it would work?

no it wouldnt work,

however, you Iso' a vaporizers screens and glass parts that are orangey/browny/resiny then putthat in a nice small container to dry out (say an egg cup i got couple nice stainless steel ones) that does make a type of hash.

If you are truly desperate strain the bong water & dry the remaining plant material. I cannot recommend this though.

That is very disgusting and no it won't really work. You can maybe run it through bubble bags but damn that is a big waste of bubble bags. I don't even thing that would work.

There won't be much thc if any in the water.... even with some pulled through plant matter and "resin". Not to mention lots of tar and other gross stuff. Let's say it did work the outcome would be disgusting. Even low quality BHO and Bubble can taste and smoke very poorly. If the starting material is crap then the finished product will be crap.
