okay, here it"s seven in the morning. i dont feel tooooo sleep deprived or delerious or anything, i have 120mg of vyvance and 8mg of xanax, what should i do? i have work at NIGHT and i will not be able to sleep, i have ADD/ADHD, so it effects me different, but that"s why i have the xanax, i wanna have some fun today before work, and still have energy until i get off work in 18 hours. i also have 3 20MG focalin XR

I would hold off on the vyvanse for a bit. Deending on how fast you metabalize it,it will be wearing off early to mid evening. Vyvanse is a bit hrder to manage duration because of how its metabalized. If you have xanax I wouldn't worry to much about sleep as long as you don't take it too late.

Xanax is great for managing the come down and the anxiety that comes with it.
if you find yourself in bed and your heart is still racing and your still stimulated benadryl can help induce drowsiness. Mixing xanax and benadryl does increase potential for cns depression but because the vyvanse counteracts that strongly I shouldt be a problem. I can't tell you what to do, only offer my opinion.

i appreciate it, i have a quick metabolism. and its alprazolam 2mg IR.. work is in 11 hours, i wont sleep until than, and i get off in 16 hours.. i have pretty bad anxity and ADHD, i took 5mg xanax last night with NO tolerance and didn't even black out. and i took and ambien.. but im clear headed ATM. im just looking for what will be a good recreational dose for today, with enough amps and energy for work

My advice is save the benzos for the amphetamine comedown.

I would've crushed all the focalins, took em with me and snorted a little throughout the day. Then the vyvanse at the end of your shift and the xanax before sleeping.
