ICE vs GLASS

Is ice and glass two different things completely? Ive been hearing mixed things when it comes to people saying ice is the same thing as really good glass.....but i could have sworn i read somewhere that it was a completely different substance....can any one help me out with this?

4-MAR is apparently sometimes called ice.
but 4MAR is very rare it seems.

Ice originally meant 4MAR tho in the 80's diggity.
and 4MAR apparently still goes around in Australia

"Ice" is a bit of a misnomer because it ususally refers more to the appearance of the product (white or clear crystals). It's most often methamphetamine but is also a name for 4-methylaminorex like some people stated. Either way it refers to a powerful stimulant drug.

A glass is any amorphous crystalline material, the best example is, er, glass. It's the wrong word to use but a lot of people call meth 'glass' too.
