ICE user

Long story short - current ICE user for some time now now looking at starting recovery process. I have done a lot of reading in relation to drug taking, brain, health, sleep and rehabs so I have decided to ditch rehab, NA, DR's because they are doing nothing to help will be starting my own personal rehab. Cut to the chase I have started a personal blog and will be detailing my experience along the way and maybe it will help others.
