Ice/meth tolerance?

Does this stuff increase your toerance fast(im not a long time user). I went through a gram(snortting)in a little more than a week. I waited about three days and today i bought a new gram. I snorted one nice line and its almost no feeling.

Also, crysrals this time are not as clear. More cloudy yellow looking.

Is this more of a tolerance issue or a quality problem?
 
I wait Monday to Friday evening and have gotten no tolerance for 9 months. Not sure if any shorter time frames work.

Another thing, meth for me is all over the place, dosages 1 day don't match the next, it constantly feels like the quality of the same bag is changing for each dose.
I have given up on any sort of consistency to this drug. I just hope for the best.
