The whole mdma causes ED thing is a huge troll. MDMA does not impede arousal, never has never will.
It's not about arousal, it's about getting an erection. If arousal was the problem, it wouldn't be called 'erectile dysfunction'. Anyway, MDMA
does cause erectile dysfunction and if you want, I can give you all the mechanisms behind it. That said, MDMA can definitely interfere with arousal as well. You can easily get distracted, MDMA can enhance anxiety (both previously existing and 'spontaneous' anxiety), and if you reach the level where you get (pseudo)hallucinations it won't get much better either...
Ibruprophen works as a vasodilator yes, but it is an "anti-inflammatory" (stops swelling), you want your penis to become swollen with blood.
Do you really mean to say that a drug that inhibits oedema will also inhibit swelling of the penis? Nevermind what you actually mean; there is no connection between an inflammatory response that causes oedema and swelling of the penis with blood. That said, the vasodilation caused by ibuprofen will never suffice to counteract ED. Ibuprofen has been around for 50 years, if it would have been effective in ED, people probably would have found out about 40 years ago.
To counteract MDMA-induced ED you have a few options. Best bet (in my opinion) would be to combine with a mild psychedelic. This will greatly enhance the potency of the MDMA, meaning you need less MDMA to achieve your desired level (= less physiologically based potential for ED). Secondly, most psychedelics work on the 5-HT2 receptor system, which needs to be activated in order to achieve an erection. Thirdly, if you drop a psychedelic from - for instance - the phenethylamine class, there is an intrinsic erotic value to the experience, which supports your arousal.
