G'day

From what I can tell the best place for us westerners to get safe and effective iboga treatment is Holland.

From the research I've done the majority of providers seem to be in it for the money as much as they say otherwise.

Prior opiate addicts seem to have gone to Holland for treatment. So it makes me think I can trust the dutch providers more than anyone else save going to Gabon.

Can anyone recommend any dutch iboga providers that I should contact? Unfortunately it looks like the dutch goto person for Iboga is in a bit of legal trouble. I've contacted the Sacred Voyage but they have yet to get back to me. For other providers e.g. Ibogalife & Iboga House (Costa Rica) the negative testimonials about them has put me off especially when its going to cost me quite a few grand on top of the few grand airfare.

I would like to see a local (in Australia) but from I've read they are haphazard and not safe, unless proven otherwise. So look like my best bet is Holland?

Well if anyone wants to pm me or reply here with advice and/or info, please do its greatly appreciated.

I'll be pursuing "dual diagnosis" treatment due to suffering from ptsd, major depression, major anxiety with nicotine addiction and substance abuse (alcohol and cannabis). Unfortunately western medicine and therapy has not helped me after giving it a good crack for a decade.

I think this thread will be against the guidelines for sourcing. Also I'd remove that persons name, I know it may be public knowledge if she's in legal trouble but names are a general no go on this site.

Hope you find what you're after but I suspect this thread will be closed.

Thanks mate I've removed the name and The Sacred Voyage has gotten back to me, so it looks like I am indeed of to Holland for a Ayahuasca journey (they do both ayahuasca and iboga). Their prices are more than reasonable. I would appreciate anyone to warn me from using them to get treated, so would appreciate if this thread could be left open if anyone can advise further.

I appreciate it might be against guidelines, lock the thread if it is against guidelines. I guess technically its a drug dealer review, but boy is it a long way and a round about way to score some drugs (that leads to you getting off drugs legal and illegal alike, heh).

I just look at it kinda like "Whats a good methadone clinic?" rather than say "Where can I score XYZ drug?".

Thanks for your post, its appreciated you left the thread open.

Aussies and ibo have one problem and this is that it is illegal there. Same with AMerica. Central America seems like a good place to d oit, but Ive also heard really negative things about Costa Rica and the supposed Bwiti "shamans". Adopting another cultures belief system and then doing it on your own in even another culture? I realize that Iboga House is a bit different as the guy is a real Bwiti practicioner, but I know they had a death recently. The other one, Iboga Life, my friend from England had a really bad experience there so that's all I can say. I know Mexico is legit for medically supervised ibogaine sessions and I'll probably go there when I get the money to kick the methadone habit I'm chained to. If anyone has any other Central American recommendations, I'd really appreciate it...

Not sure how this slipped by but to my mind this thread is sourcing. If the OP has an issue with my closing of this thread they can feel free to take it up with me via PM. Closed.
