Ibiza 2009

will be in ibiza for 8 and 9 september..

anyone here to be there then? so thatll be a tuesday and wednesday night.. wot clubs/parties wud u recommend for that nght? if u cud reply in here or PM me itd be much appreciated :) happy partying!
 
wednesday night at space is good, tuesday night is Zoo Project from what i remember last year.

I did Space on sunday, DC10 monday, Zoo Project Tuesday, Space again wednesday, thursday night off.. cant remember what i did friday...

June/July is full of hairy spaniards/italians.

best time to go is late september, around 20th onwards for some of the closing parties.

Whatever you do, dont stay in San An.. Stay in Playa D'en Bossa, much more of a vibe down there, especially when chilling/sleeping/recovering all day at Bora Bora Beach bar, only for th music to come on at 4pm and then BOOM! ready to rock again.
 
ty for the replies :) yeah only 2 nights unfortunatelz, but were travelling all around europe so gotta keep expenses down hehe. plus we got tiesto in holland 19th september so still plenty of fun to be had :D.. we can always come back. happy partying!!
 
We'll we went peak season and it wasn't half as busy as off-peak last year.

The drugs are more expensive and there's less of them. The lookie-lookie men have all but disappeared from the bay. (They used to be placed every 15m along here 24/7). You still get them up the west-end all the time but the police chase them all the time.

There's a new breed of pest which consist of big black women who try and grab your hand and tie some shitty bracelet they've just made to you, in hopes you will shell over a few eur instead of trying to untie it. Best bet is to put your hands in your pockets, avoid eyecontact and run past them. They will usually gather in gaggles of about 5-10 so it really is a challenge trying to dodge them.

going to ibiza next week. really looking forwad to it. some of mates just got back and said getting decent pills was hard work. Workers tend to keep the green rolexs for themselves as they are the best pills on the island and there arent many of them, my mates happened to get hold of some blue angels for 5 euro a pop. They said they were good but they the type of mates that thought shitty english pills were good. I have not seen any reports on the blue angels so would be nice if any1 out there has tested or consumed (that knows what a good pill is). they also got hold of some pink rolexs but said they were mongy and trippy (good old piperzine comes to mind there) I have a marquis testing kit so will be testing anything before it enters the esophagus.

White Smilies (but there are also some fake PIPs ones).

Are there any other good ones? And I know these are gonna be pricey if I find some. All advice appreciated. I'll be sure to write up a review when I get back for all you heading to the closing parties late Sept. RESPECT.
 
im head to ibiza in a few weeks and am wondering does anyone know the crack of bringing over mephedrone is it legal over there and can sniffer dogs pick up on it.am looking to bring some over because of the shit pills going around over there at the minuate
 
There's plenty of good MDMA and Ket, I wouldn't risk trying to bring over a baggie of unknown powder (do you think the airport security will believe you when you say it's legal?)

Hey all. What happens with the level of pills during the closing parties? Is there a mass re-stockage to ensure that good pills are plentiful? Or is it just a case of "whatever is left"?

Police arrest 25 Britons, crack Ibiza drug ring

MADRID — Spanish police have dismantled a major drug trafficking ring on the holiday island of Ibiza with the arrest of 25 Britons and the seizure of 23,300 ecstasy tablets, police said Tuesday.

The 18 men and seven women, all from Liverpool, were detained in dawn raids last Friday in seven locations across the Mediterranean island, including a pub in San Antonio thought to be the ring's centre of operations.

The gang is suspected of controlling the distribution of drugs in nightclubs and bars in San Antonio, whose beaches and active nightlife draw tens of thousands of British tourists each year.

Police said they began their investigation, dubbed Operation Trafalgar, at the end of May after spotting in Ibiza several people from Liverpool who had been detained in the past for drug trafficking.

"Police started keeping watch on members of the group, who took great care when it moved around so as to not be detected by the authorities, and a rival gang from Manchester which also set up operations on the island during the summer," they said in a statement.

Along with the ecstasy pills, police seized 2.5 kilogrammes of the drug ketamine, 2.2 litres of liquid ecstasy and smaller quantities of cocaine and crystal meth and 55,500 euros and 1,600 British pounds in cash.

Nearly 7,000 Britons were arrested abroad between April 2008 and March, the British foreign ministry said last month.

Spain, the most popular destination for British tourists during that time, saw the most arrests of Britons, a total of 2,290, it said.

I see my week on the white isle turning into a ket and coke mess...

Still those were in San Antonio, which had shit pills all season. Hope things are better in Ibiza town and elsewhere.
