I have 50 norcos then want to switch to suboxone. I have all the meds and I was prescribed lyrica today. I have fybromyalgia. I was wondering what anyone thinks about how I should take the last norcos since the fent has made my tolerence so high. I just dont want to get precipitated withdrawals again. I have been taking this shitty homemade fent blotter for almost a year now. They are not the real deal but they are strong. I am so tired all the time, and I want to feel awake again and innocent. I have been lying to my family and husband. I wish I could take opiates for life but I have spent so much money I am embarrassed to say. Any advise at all would be great.
