I've been a daily pot smoker for a long time now, I obviously know that this statement is not true (In my case anyway). I was using it as an example of what most closed minded people will say to me and was hoping for some examples of why this is not true.

I like to draw, make music and write poetry. Weed enhanced my ability to be more creative with those things.

Simply put, not true I had a very vivid imagination long before I started smoking and still do. I smoke alnoe to relax and unwind after a long day or with good company for the same purpose. Herb stimulates it a bit but, I don't nees it for that reason.

It certainly doesn't hurt my imagination. I am an artist, so I have played around with it alot during the creative process. It's not better than being sober,but there's a definite difference in my thought process. I can see it in my work when I look over really old stuff.
