I was Fertile

I might add that neither BL neither any member of the BL community were or are at any security risk. I merely noted unexpected actions on the burner account I used to access BL and went on a wholesale slash and burn mission ending up by replacing the HD.

I do not have a lot of faith in digital security. I'm much happier to put something in the mail. I mean it's 100% legal stuff (reference usually) but whereas their aren't strong laws protecting digital security, their ARE strong laws ensuring the more low-tech forms of communication. Here in the UK their is a STACK of law protecting letters.
 
So by all means keep using my name. Those of you who I was talking to daily - know I am well and that I haven't forgotten any of you and I'm STILL here.

I apologise for the temporary lapse in service.

Anyone wishing for an obscure 1960s East German paper have no fear. My database is on an air-gapped PC so nothing ever got close to them.
 
By the title of this thread I was expecting a different subject matter.... 🤔

Fertile ---> Sterile

(The name change would have made sense actually in the sense that you were trying to sterilize your identity in some regard 🤔.)

No - although the name does have it's appeal. I went with a name that FEW people will recognize. Initially I tried EvenMoreFertile which would have got you all thinking... but no, no grandkids yet. It's not like we stand over our son demanding kids (as I hear some people do). If it happens, we do a lot of babysitting and the little mite's first word will be 'enanthiomer' and you WILL get footage of that ;-)

So, sorry for the interruption in service but I will continue with my mixture of inane banter and pedantic referencing.

I would like to thank deficIT, arral and negrogesic. I know ALL of you pitched in to get me back on line as soon as humanly possible. My concern was not my own ego (believe it or not) but because I'm helping several BLers through rough things and I didn't want them to think I had just dropped them.

But it's going to take some time for everyone to KNOW I'm still me. I don't think uploading a selfie of me in a mirror would aid recognition. So your stuck with tracking my linguistics, login times and such. That said, if I sought to harm BL, I wouldn't choose Fertile.... because he's an idiot!

Ah - so not as clever as I thought I was. But I'm NOT F&B. I didn't want people to infer any connection. I just thought he had nicked the best name... so I would go '11 - one more obscure'.

And If I had used a Hansen lyric? Would people line up to identify that?? Hmmm?

I initially tried 'EvenMoreFertile' but got told off by a mod and told multiple accounts were NOT ALLOWED. They sent it as a PM which I couldn't reply to.

I DID kind of expect BL mods to know how BL worked...

But I GET that old people don't keep up with tech. So thank goodness for Dischord and the fact that even retired mods read it! My next PM was 'do you want THIS name or EvenMoreFertile'. No, 'sorry I messed up'. So I'm LUCKY to know that the seniors CARE!
 
I guess ;EvenMoreFertile' might be as out Incel friends term a 'chad' name.

FS I'm severely disabled, ugly and old... and I SRILL have ladies who like me. Because I LIKE them. Also, my sister is the one who introduced me to my wife and she cannot help but smirk. She's 12 months older and acts like my MUM. I might not need shopping.... but I get taken shopping.

But then, she is someone who doesn't need LSD. she's in that world 24/7.
