I am currently taking 120 mg of oxycontin (oxyneo) and 30 mg of oxycodone (percocet) per day. I have struggled mightily with withdrawal for 3-4 days every two weeks for the past year or so. I am now facing the possibility of having to deal with being without the pills for weeks instead of days and I am desperate to avoid the misery that will undoubtedly await me if I don't do something while I still can. I have enough pills now (I believe) to slowly reduce my doses over the next couple of weeks and perhaps come off completely without too much trouble/withdrawal.

Given the doses I mentioned, can anyone map out for me the best way to reduce those doses, gradually leading me to zero? I have actually already started this presently but I am afraid that it will get more difficult when I get down to lower doses. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
