Apologies if i am posting in a wrong part of the section. New to this!
I know I WILL get a lot of heat for this. But please be open minded as I am doing this to myself and am choosing to do so. I am here wondering the risks and am willing to take them on as I am in a position of complete lack of motivation etc. (I know it sounds stupid to some of you but depression can be a bitch)
These are my stats :
Age : 23
Last time I trained at the gym : 3-4 years ago.
Reason for absence in gym : I have a chronic dislocating shoulder that we have been monitoring and wondering if we should get an operation but have finally come to the conclusion to not do so.
My current weight : 66.1 KG
My current height : 182 CM / 6’2”
My question : (WITH NO JUDGEMENT PLEASE) I want to start going to the gym again as of tomorrow, I will want to start a cycle soon. Probably next week or the week after. I have NEVER used steroids before so this is new to me however the constant discouraging voices of people telling me im looking skinny/unhealthy etc. is just getting to me (I know, it shouldn’t) but I want to get gains quick. I don’t mean as big as a body builder ofcourse.
If I could compare what I would want my body to look like. I would say it would be more on the lean edge like this photo here. [EDIT: can't post phots yet due to lack of posts, but a more "ryan reynolds" type cut body then a "vin diesel" type...
Not too much and not too little. Currently my body if i had to say looked like this..i would say i have a bit more fat/muscle then the man in the linked photo... [EDIT: Again, due to lack of posts i can not post links, my body is basiclaly your average non gym goer, however when strretching and tensing. Muscle can be scene easily.
so you can see my goal.
SO this brings me to my first few questions,
1. Is it really BAD if I go from not having trained for years to training for a week to going on my first cycle… if so.. why? And how?,…
2. I know that oral steroids are bad as they affect ur liver and the gains that you put on go away immediately you are off them. So which SAFE. FAST, and reliable steroid do I need to use to inject? Ive read some people using one dose of one thing and another dose of another.
3. If I plan on doing one cycle. Is a cycle set on a certain amount of weeks or does it determine up to you?
4. this is a quote I read from somewhere ; “I personally did a simple 500mg per week of test for 14 weeks and had great success.” In terms of steroids usage. When someone says they do 500mg per week of something does that mean they do 500 mg once on monday and are good for the week or would they do 125mg a day for four days throughout the week?
5. Lastly. What should i do, I want to get my cycle ready, i know where to get the steroids… i just dont trust asking the pharmacists as i know they have no clue accept for the name of the product. So HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED
AND PLEASE. IF YOU ARE GOING TO TELL ME WHY THIS IS BAD FOR ME, AT LEAST TELL ME NICELY AND EXPLAIN YOURSELF ☺ AND ALSO HELP ME OUT AT THE SAME TIME BECAUSE I DON’T THINK I WILL not BE DOING THIS REGARDLESS. No offense to any ones opinions. But I just need this right now
