relapse does not have to be a part of recovery. just for the record. dont beat yourself up for using, live in today. Your body/brain need to reacclimate to producing the neurotransmitters that induce sleep, hunger, sex drive, and happiness. you have been bombarding your brain with external chemicals. exercise, good food, vitamins, and sleep will assist in this process. every time you use, you'll neutralize the time you invested in allowing your brain and body to regulate themselves. where do you live? (if i may ask) I'm active in young people's aa, and we just won the bid for the international conference of young people in aa to come to St. Louis (where i live.) It is a sick 4 day shindig... i'm talking 500+ people dancing, round the clock meetings, circuit speakers, live entertainment - amazing time. people loving live and living life sober. icypaahost.org check dat out
