Well I had this vial of dilly so I started doing it under my tongue (simple squirts) and was getting okay effects and sometimes extreme effects. So just about 10 minutes ago now {5:25am} I decided to give a shot, and so I did. I used a smal dose due to a low toloerence to opiates and due to the fact I took 5mg of xanax throughout today so I wanted to be safe. I used like maybe a quarter of a small 1cc insulinsyringe, shot it up in my foot (hurts less and I have GAINT vains there, very easy to shoot up and no pain.) I used prep pads to clean the area before and after injection and it took affect after 10 mins. Now I'm in a slow but rich buzzy rush that's waves of euphoria :). It's great I did max 1mg and it's very nice! please be carful doing this espically if you have what I have which came from a legit hospital. I don't condone the actions of anyone who attempts these this is a basic pver view of MY, experience. Everyone's different so try at your OWN risk.
 
Ohh you have got something special there man.
The only time ive come across dilaudid was a few years ago when a buddy of mine had a water bottle filled with the oral solution.
Good times.. we were only filling the small bottle cap and dosing with that. Dilaudid is some potent shitt.
And sadly enough, I have not come across it since.
 
Yeah I was really surprised to find this injectable liquid form, due to me NEVER seein a dilly pill. When I got it I was dosing like you orally, than since I ran low I was like fuck it I'll just do the rest through the vain and it's like 20 x better for real man. If you get any more at anytime, inject it it's a better rush.

That is terrible advice!! lol
Im just fuckin around. Ive never shot anything before.
Ive seen too many of my friends lose themselves to that shit.
