Cannabis can cause open and closed eye visuals, especially after using psychedelics

Well psychedelics open up new pathways in the brain that could contribute to cannabis becoming more visual, but I attribute it more to not having seen a visual before taking a psychedelic, and then afterwards when you smoke and see them you recognize them because you saw them on said psychedelic.

That happens to me but I've taken a fair amount of LSD and had some mushroom trips. For me eating herb, vaporizing it, and smoking certain strains (usually Sativas) are like a low dose mushroom trip or it reminds me of mushrooms-I don't see visuals like I do on mushrooms but I get in the tripping mind state from good dope, and if you've ever eaten a large quantity of herb say 2-3g or vaporized it, doing this will bring out the psychedelic properties of THC. :)

I also would have these while smoking. http://weedhallucinations.blogspot.com/ IME the best way to get them is to go into a dark room at night and listen to music on headphones or an excellent stereo system with your eyes closed.
 
Yes some people do have hallucinations while getting high, this is no secret and we dont exactly need a new thread on the topic.
