I would say when you first posted this it was 2 hours after ingestion, right around when I'd guess tramadol would be kicking in finally.
I only tried it once, and had a very little opiate tolerance. It either will feel like a buzz, or you won't feel anything at all. Other opiate tolerances will block tramadol, which is why so many people say it doesn't work.
The buzz isn't bad, it actually is almost noddy. It just also has a slight stimulant effect that is a little counter productive. I don't mind it, but tramadol is never a drug I'd seek out and get.
Kratom also has simultaneous sedation and stimulation.
