i ived dilaudid an 9 hr later felt like ass so took sub. Now i feel even worse! What can i do?!

I believe that would be precipitated withdrawal. I'm no expert when it comes to opiate withdrawal, but I've read many times over that you should wait at least 2-3 days after your last opiate dose and until you are in complete withdrawal before taking any suboxone, or you will unfortunately go through precipitated withdrawals.

As far as what can you do..... I'm not really sure. Not my strong suit area. You might very well have to wait it out until you go into regular withdrawal again once all the opaites leave your body, THEN AND ONLY THEN can you take more suboxone to stave your withdrawals.

Wait how long after the shot of hydromorphone did you ingest the suboxone? Once your in PWD you gotta ride it out. IMO its always best to start with a low dose of subs (mg or less) when you are switching from a full agonist to the partial agonist then over a few hours increase your dose up to however much you think you may need. You may feel some PWD symptoms but after 2 hours they start to diminish with the addition of more subs. Of course you can't do this now, so really just be a bit more careful with your timing next time because there is no way to get out of the PWD unless you have a opioid with an extremely high affinity (enough to knock out the buprenorphine from the receptors) say fentanyl. Take a warm shower, jack off, run, smoke weed, take a benzo, etc.

What is precipitated withdrawl?

withdrawal x10, happens if you take buprenorphine too soon after other opiates. It replaces them and is only a partial agonist, therefore it will put you in withdrawal if you were using full agonists. How severe it is depends on what opiates you've been using. It usually subsides within a few hours.

had pwd last 12-13 hours until could score when the delivery service opened up in the morning. huge habits can result in terrible PWD, even if you wait 34 hours (personal experience, 1.5g/day habit). my gf at the time would just smoke and masturbate. i was too busy puking up bile and shitting myself.

ive heard after 12-24 hours you should redose sub to make sure you get enough opiates on your receptors but i wasnt going to chance it in the state i was in.

if you do dose with your opiate of choice to get well be careful, suboxone's blockade effect is pretty high, ive heard its easy to od trying to get high even when being stabilized on subs, correct me if this is generic doctor hocus pocus
