I seeked some advice guidance the most. Although im not unfamiliar with my meds and have taken worse back 10 yrs ago in my brave will never die superwoman days. Ive come to really appreciate life, thank God for my lucky pull throughs, and just a wild guess but i figure i have use 8 out of my 9 lives all up. Plus i try and do what im suppose to. My fear now a days generates from being a hypercondriac, so i fear if i o overdose it will be beacuse i did something not thinking or i forgot.
So i am new as of last night. Early this morning i made my first post. Well i didnt sleep still cant and have so much to do, so now im in more of a pickle. Yesterday i took all my meds later than i have ever. 10 #10 milligram methadone between 10 am and 6 pm . Then adderall 4 #20 miligrams i took 2 at 3 and 2 at 8:45. Well by 12am im exhausted but cant sleep. I waa diagnosed with extreme insomnia 10 yrs ago i was recently a week ago put on 40 miligrams of ambien at night. I took that this morning after finding this website and wonderful ppl giving me advice. It helped but i was scared so fear kept me up so question is i stupidly took 2-20 miligram adderall as i always had and 4- 10 miligrams ofmmethadone is this safe after taking all those meds so late last night? Look at top of page for times and dosage please safe advice or personal experience needed. Im 27 female 150 lbs if that makes any difference
