here's the only advice i can give you and you are not going to like it:
go see a doctor right now.
this is serious. you have most likely taken something that is not e and it has made you very sick. if you dont get medical help you could get a lot sicker.
i understand you are probably underage and are scared of the repurcussions of people finding out what has happened to you, but the alternative is far worse.
please, i beg you, seek medical help right now. go into a clinic on the othersie of town and use a fake name if you must, but do it...
