I took a oxycodone and have a drug test

I smoked a 15mg roxicodone at 12:00pm Monday and I have a drug test on Wednesday at 2:00pm.So I have been told oxycodone's half life is every 4 hours and the drug screen is 100ng/ml.Their is 45 ml of urine in a drug test.So in 48hrs the level in my system would be 3662.1ng.I don't know if I should divide this amount by how much urine i would have because I don't understand the detection time they say and my numbers.Is this the entire amount in my urine,and how would drinking water help to dilute? If this is true HELP!!!!!!!
Also the enzyme cytochrome P450 that breaks down oxycodone their are things to induce and inhibit the amount of the enzyme.So help with that if I would want to inhibit it or induce it.

I had posted this in advanced drug discussion but someone told me no drug testing questions.So please help me.

Heres an idea i've been thinking about since doing drug tests.

Take a multivitaman an hour before your test, drink heaps of water 20 mins before your test.

The multivitaman will make your piss look bright yellow/green so it will pass the color test and it will hopefully solute your piss enough of whats in the multi to pass the creatanine test.

This is opposed to just drinking heaps of water before the test which will ultimately dillute your piss but it will be too dilluted with water and the color will be too pail therefore you'll be made to do the test again.

I've done this before but i had just enough time for the drugs to leave my piss anyway. So who knows but it's your best shot.

it comes down to, he probably wont pass it(no matter how much water he drinks) and these questions arent allowed
 
Ok ill tell you why i think he will, then you tell me why exactly you think he wont.

Drugs can only be detected down to a certain amount in the urine thats tested. The more water consumed the less satured the urine will be. And given my method it's not just about the water as stated.
