I took 4mg of subs 29 hours ago and 4 more mg of subs 16 hours ago and I am wondering

If I were to take 120 mg of oxy(the old good ones) would I be able to feel it?

By subs I mean suboxine. Also I am still feeling withdrawl effects from other opiates(7x15mg Roxy twice a day for two weeks)
