I took 10,000 mg of acetaminophen. What do I do?

So I just took 10,000 mg of acetaminophen and I'm not sure what to do. I did do it on purpose but now I regret it and I'm scared. What should I do and what's going to happen to me?

Go to the hospital or make yourself throw up if you took it within the last hour. APAP poisoning is miserable from what I've heard, apparently it's a long drawn out process of your liver shutting down or something similar. So go to the hospital

Seriously! Call 911, then while waiting for ambulance, induce vomiting. After vomiting, drink as much water as you can force yourself to drink. Avoid alcohol.
