Gabapentinoids I thought snorting gabapentin would be kinda pointless?

Seen a bunch of stories and videos about people SNORTING Gabapentin?
I feel like that would be a waste and also a LOT of powder to snort? Is this a thing?

I suspect mainly via the drip....

there's fuck all research it seems on snorting bioavailability, it might work a bit maybe, who knows. better stick with what's proven imho

I think it's too much powder.
I tried taking pregabalin intranasally, and I don't feel it was any faster than the oral route; plus, it was a lot of powder for a 75 mg capsule. It doesn't hurt, but in my opinion, it's a waste.
In theory, the nasal mucosa absorbs substances effectively—provided there is no inflammation or damage.—
I read that while gabapentin is freely soluble in water, it is a highly hydrophilic molecule with low lipophilicity, making it difficult to absorb intranasally. I
It likely too much powder, only a small fraction actually is absorbed; the rest just ends up as drip.
