i think there is a crack house next door

If its that obvious its a crack house, the cops are not stupid and they will get taken down. The less involvement the neighbours have in it the better off they are- so if you are going to call deffo do it anonymously, and from a different suburb just to be sure it won't get traced back at all to you.

Id be more inclined to worry about safety if there is obvious cooking going on- explosions and little kiddies do not mix.

I used to live next to crack heads, but that was cool since like, I was also a crack head, n stuff... it was like having a 24/7 convenience store in your back yard...

Lol a 24 hr convenience store that raises crime in your neighborhood by 20% to 100% sounds like a really great deal having your guy next door so that when he get's teh raid you do to.. haha... ohhh thats no good!

i would rather move from there if i don't wan't them there. though avoid interaction with them first thing, if you don't want them to ask you for soda and steel wool at 4 am =D

the worst risk here is to end up a crackhead yourself & go struggle with it when the police does rades their house, though if you stay lucky and they doesn't rading yours to as well =D
 
It's probably easier to just move. They tend to be like roaches; once they're in they're hard as fuck to get rid of.

Seriously, if you think there is a crack house next door, there probably is one next door. Do you want a crackhouse next door? If not, move. Its easier than trying to get the cops to raid their shit and all. That is if you don't own your house or live with your parents or something.

FWIW, I used to live down the block from one, but since I moved into THEIR neighborhood I just left it alone.
 
Walk up to the threshold being careful not to step on the lawn, knock on the door and ask politely, "Excuse me, but I have a sneaking suspicion that there are some shady folk pyrolising freebase tropane alkaloids under this very roof, is this true?"
 
tell one of them, hey man, im down, but just a heads up I saw an unmarked pig staking out your house the other day......watch and guage reaction. Idk it shouldnt be hard to tell...Probably the best advice is leave there shit alone and keep to yourself.

yeaa, chemicalsmile is right. I stand corrected, although I did say probably the best idea is to leave there shit alone and keep to yourself.

but if I had to know for some reason, actually nvm I dont have any first hand experience here and Chemicalsmile does, that combined with the all caps part(used in a way where he knows what all caps implies)....I bow out gracefully, do not try and give them a friendly heads up, crackheads are unpredictable and violent, (at least stereotypically). Just keep to yourself...but I will stand by the don't call the cops statement. (although that wasn't the part he had a problem with so its irrelevant)...ramble over....I fold.
