Hello,

i think it was about 2 months ago now new people have moved in next door... and i personally think its now a crack house.... why i think this:

1: a crack head has recently been booted out (im 80% sure he is a crack head)
2: people going in all over the day and night
3: my uncles old best friend has been going there and he moved from years of IV speed abuse to crack... most old school speed freaks have moved to crack.

how would i confirm my thinking? what should i look for?

thanks

well the dude who was booted out i used to talk to him when i was fucked... he has a mental staffy... and trust me he was somewhere over the crack rainbow, i don't talk to anyone else there... have no idea were he has gone now, i would of asked him... long as he never had is dog with him.

next door

Good thing this is not my next door neighbor - I would be tempted to go over and ask if I could join the fun!

Also are there men and women going or just guys? It could also be a prostitute house too. Here in NC when there is a lot of traffic at a house it turns out to be whore house.

He cares because he lives next door. Crackheads bring a lot of drama and don't make the best neighbors. 8)

If it looks like a rat, smells like a rat, it is probably a rat.

The easiest would be to just ask. You don't have to ask flat out "Is this a crack house?" Just talk to them and find out if they use. You could also look for telltale signs; burnt lips, black burnt fingers, dilated pupils, etc.

The less you know the better, the further you stay away the better. Going around and asking questions will attract attention to you- just leave it alone as much as possible.

Trust me, SWIM (ick SWIM hates that acronym) lived in one once, been there and done that. Also had one neighbour in an apartment block SWIM used to live in who was very obviously doing bizzo. No one likes a drug house- until they want their drugs of course.

Unless your neighbours are disturbing you just let their business be theirs and yours be yours.

Thats all the advice I have for ya.

keep a look out for this man

Living next to an extremely active drug house can be a big deal and very bad news. Crime in and around your block WILL rise. If you sincerely believe that you have a crack house next door you should watch it to confirm that it really is what you think it is. If it is in fact a crack house there is really only one method of action you can take... Do you have children? Are there kids in that house? On your block? Its irresponsible to let something like this go on with in a residential neighborhood. All it takes is one anon. phone call to a police hotline.

I DON'T WANT TO HEAR ANY FLAMING ON THIS STATEMENT. I KNOW I'M BETRAYING MY BELIEFS A LITTLE BIT, BUT THAT DOESN'T MATTER. KIDS DON'T BELONG IN A CRACKHOUSE.

Your phone call won't get them raided it'll send a narc over to infiltrate unless your police are total idiots... which some certainly are.

Here, an anon call would most likely get ignored. Or, they'll just station a pig out there for a couple days. Even that is unlikely. Crack houses and stash houses are everywhere in the hood. It's not uncommon to have a couple on the same block.

Whatever you do, don't confront the people that live or hang out there. That'll just make you a target.

1- install a camera in one of ur window
2- break some chunks of drywall
3- place them in a ziploc bag
4-dispose of the bag in their driveway and film the scene

seen the junkies in amsterdam pick up whatever looked like a white rock(and not in a bag straight from the ground) just to make sure there was no crack around....
quite a funny to see in the middle of the night!

There used to be a crack house next door to mine.

You would be surprised to hear they were excellent neighbors to have. I'm not exaggerating either.

It was on a very busy street (both our houses), and it took a real good eye and awhile to understand this.

They were quiet, went about their business not bothering anyone, and apart from the tramps outdoor who are there anyways there were never any problems directly associated to the crack house.

Dealers and users alike don't like to make a mess, or alert anyone. They want to be left alone. Fooling around the neighborhood is a good way to get busted, and fast.

It took little over a year before the police took care of them.

the reason i want to find out if there is a crack house next door i don't want no heat bringing to me... my street is quiet and is not near any drug seen, at the top of the road im sure there into some kind of drug, apart from that im the only one who is a reck head living near by... and im quiet and never bring trouble around here.

there is childen living next door, and i don't want to be a rat or anything... the police will do nothing, but if i did ring them those dick holes will probley raid my house... they raided a crack house a couple of months ago that was around 10min walk from here after lots of complains... just one won't do anything.

lol, i would try that but there is kids living there, i don't want them to pickup anything like that... but did sound like a good idea haha

Just because people are going in there and smoking crack doesn't mean that it is a crack house. I've seen places in the (distant) past where people go to use a lot of shit, and it's usually just a stupid home owner who doesn't realize how much attention these people bring.

On the other hand, I used to work in the hood at a convenience store that was surrounded by three known crack houses. There was a lot of traffic, and a lot of petty crime. Fortunately or unfortunately, those places were raided and shutdown. I say fortunately because it took a fuck load of crime off the streets (One dude shot up a car down the street with an AR-15). It was unfortunate because it was only done in order to help redevelop and gentrify the area. The dealers who went to prison were forced to throw away their lives, and the dealers who got off simply lost a little bit of pocket change and moved on else ware.
