I'm not sure if I'm posting in the wrong place.. Someone plz tell me what I can take to help my terribly upset stomach caused by too much tylenol. I've got heartburn SOO bad now and I've puked twice but my tummy still is upset. My heart is racing a bit as well. About 24hrs ago I took 3 tylenol pm's to help me sleep but it didn't help so I took 2 more. 5 tylenol pm's altogether. Which is 2,500 mg's of acetaminophen. But then my back was hurting from not being able to sleep and just laying there, so I took 2 ibuprofens, 400mg's of ibuprofen. I've taken all this since yesterday and STILL haven't slept? Usually 1 tylenol pm will knock me out so I can't understand why 5 has kept me up since yesterday. I'm so tired. And my tummy is so nauseous w/this horrible heartburn. I can't go to the doctor b/c I don't have any1 to watch my little boy. Somebody plz tell what I can do to help me feel better. Thanks

2500mg apap is unhealthy, but no big deal. It's under the [new] APAP limit of 2600mg. The heart is racing because APAP raises your heart rate. Try to eat something if you can, it will help with the nausea. Try not to lie down because of the ibuprofen. Smoking weed or taking regular benadryl (with no APAP) will help a lot. If you can make it to the pharmacy Dramamine Less Drowsy (Meclazine) will help you out (thanks DexterMeth).

In the future, stick to regular Benadryl not Benadryl (dph) + Tylenol (Tylenol PM).

Take some tums, or even a spoonful of baking soda.

Some pepto bismuth should help too.

Best thing to do would be to at least call your doctor and explain what is going on. Tylenol an ibuprofen are really hard on the stomach, which is probably why you are hurting. The tums and the pepto might help out.

Just stay away from them until you give your doc a call. :)
