I think I took to much of my med, somebody answer this question for me

I'm prescribed 70mg vyvanse and I have taken 4 capsules almost exactly within a 24 hour time frame and with the last 1 being taken 2 hours ago. I'm having iregular heart patterns and chest pains and have ringing in my ears and fuzzy/light headed. Never had these symptoms before and I have a high tolerance. Am I okay? Somebody please provide feedback with tangable facts pertaining to my question. I'm actually worried, I made this account to ask somebody on here if they know anything about the symptoms. Please reply

i dunno if you're ok. Go to a doctor if you're freaking out.

In all honesty i've taken much more than that and been fine.

I feel a lot better now. My heart rythim had me concerned but is no issue now. I think the fact that I haven't slept in 48 hours played into it a lot and that last capsule was just enough to trigger some abnormal reactions combined with the sleep deprivation. But I'm fine now, just extremely tired. Thanks

yes sleep depravation can be a factor

do not use amphetamines without sleep mmmmkay
