I did a lot of cocaine last night and this morning now my heart is beating extremly hard and my chest is extremly tight unlike anything ive expierienced before it's uncomfortable for me to just breath (even though I can just fine but very uncomfortable) plus my chest is puffed out a lot as though I'd taking a big breath in as though my lungs are constantly inflated and no matter if I breath in or out my chest is constantly pusses out
