Cocaine I think I found a bag of cocaine in my house

I recently moved in my dad and step mom. My step brother told me my step mom used to do cocaine years and years ago but no longer does it. I was in the garage smoking and I found a small bag with white powder. Hardly any in there, mostly residue. I found a picture which is almost identical to what I found. Link is below. I've never done cocaine but I used to do heroin. Kicked that habit many years ago. It's in the same zip lock bag I used to get heroin in. I have no way of taking a picture because my phone has a broken screen and is being fixed. But a small bag with white powder, it has to be cocaine right? I'm a bit shocked right now. I don't know if I should tell my dad or not.

It could be anything. We have no idea what it is.

I know it's impossible for you to tell me without at least a picture but what else could it possibly be. Well, I guess there is only one way to find out.
