Heroin I tested my "heroin" and have some questions...

So i sprinkled a tiny bit of the "heroin" that i can get into a bit of water and tested it, and have a few questions.

First, since it came back positive for opiates does that mean there is actual heroin in this powder? The powder that I can get isn't like the real heroin from back in the day, no vinegar/peanut butter smell, no big clumps in the powder, but it does have that bitter taste.

Second, is it normal for heroin to have traces of AMP and MDMA in it? I can understand it having traces of coke since the guy also deals coke.

P.S. I also ran a fentanyl test strip and it came back positive for fent

I would be extremely careful. Have naloxone. Do NOT use it alone or IV. And don't buy it off this person again.

If you decide to use it, smoke a very small amount. And to be frank and straightforward, if you use it alone and you don't have narcan you are plainly an idiot and will soon win a Darwin award.

This doesn't end well without proper harm reduction. Even with proper harm reduction this could still turn out very badly for you. Please be overly and extremely careful.

Just an update, and a little more info on the overall situation. I've been on suboxone for years, and had 1 relapse in that time, that lasted 3 months.
I can't fill my subs for another 3 days so was in a panic, luckily I was able to get some on the street, but that was AFTER I freaked out and bought dope.

I do have narcan, and I did shoot it... absolute trash. I wasn't in full withdrawal yet from the subs so I guess there was a bit of bupe-blocade, but regardless, very little rush, absolutely no high, all it did was make me want to take a nap. At the very least it kept me from being sick in the time it took me to find subs.

The addict in me really misses heroin though, real heroin. I have no interest at all in fent. I remember my relapse 2 years ago, what the hell the point even in doing a shot, getting knocked the fucked out, then waking up 2 hours later in withdrawal. Lame

But you mentioned amp; which leads me to believe you are in Europe?
However, the fentanyl says American or Canadian?

Is this a dealer you know? Is he or she connected? (Better not, it ain't worth it).

Yes in New York. The dealer is the same guy I saw back in 2009-2014, he had real H back then. I guess he fell off or cheaped out because the shit now was garbage.

Oh and another update, even though I'm back on subs and discarded the dope I picked up, I really don't feel good. Its nothing like full blown fent withdrawal but I'm very uncomfortable just from 2 days of using. I am never doing this ever again. Please please please let this only last a day or 2, work is very busy until xmas and have no days off until then.
