I've been snorting ambien about a year now. It worked instantly for sleep but then slowly started using it for anxiety. Ambien is not like other benzo's and do not cause sezuires or other bad side effects when withdrawing, so actually it is more safe to use during the day for anxiety than valium or xani's.

When I snort one, i get a feeling of normalcy (dependendcy?) and I can get stuff done without feeling anxious, annoyed, or upset in any way. it's like a happy pill.

However, for sleep, I get trazadone because the ambiens are several a day meds. If you abuse ambien like me, be very very careful do not drive, drink, at the same time. probably the worst possible senerio of using sleeping meds + alcohol.

anyone else doing this? so I don't feel alone?

I also snort any benzo's when i run out of ambien, and am on suboxone for opiate dependency.

I have to see 3 different docs for these meds because docs are too scared to listen to a persons self medication regiment and follow that. studies show patients perception of efficacy shows higher probability of the treatments actually working.

So, my regiment does work. I don't drink anymore, and am taking prescribed drugs instead of illegal drugs (herion was my choice before to self treat anxiety)

none of this sounds very healthy at all... i used to snort ambien too. its one devil of a substance. and you have to go to three different doctors because all those meds are contraindicated and dangerous to combine, and none of them know about the others or else theyd all cut you off.

my brother totaled his car on ambien. And thought the tv was people I had over at the house. Try temazepam if you think ambien is better than a benzo for sleep. The only way I do ambien is the dumb and dangerous way, with a needle. no blackouts, just benzo rush and wackyness. Except for all the shit that gets stuck in my blood stream

welcome to BL elephant :)

it seems you are walking a dangerous line with your drug combinations, please be safe.
