Opioids I shot in my foot now i had a pain in my knee.

ok,

I went to shoot in my foot (gotta hide from Dr and gf) it took me awhile to find something but I did get some blood in the syrange. it coulagated (co-ag-u-la-ted) and I switched out the clearer shit into a new needle and when I shot I got a pain in my foot and knee. it seems to have went away

But what could happened if I shot partially coagulated blood?
 
Pulmonary embolism, instant death when it dislodges. I'd go to the ER right away, if you're afraid to tell them you took drugs, look up the symptoms of an embolism and say you have those. Not trying to scare you, and it's probably nothing, but it's better to be safe than in the morgue.
 
well im alive in the morning so I guess thats a good thing and the pain in my knee went away after I walked it off, but I will be sure to remember that, Can I just filter the shot again if it happens? Sometimes when I draw back and nothing but when I pull out it sucks some blood up. Trying to hit in the foot is not allways an easy task.

Well yes U could get an embolism from something like that so I've always made sure to filter out any clots before trying to shoot it again. I know it's kinda gross but better gross than dead. Also, if ur relatively healthy and the clot/s were small (which they probably were if they fit through the needle) then usually your body just breaks them down on it's own. But you never know which time a clot is gonna get lodged somewhere and cause you major problems, so if you must shoot a bloody drug solution please filter out any clots before you do.

Few points;

1. No one should really take unequivocally medical advice from BL. No one knows your complete medical history, exactly what happened, etc. :) Only you're GP can do this.

(now I got the usual HR disclaimer out the way)

2. Yes, worst case scenario - pulmonary embolism - true. As "method" said, chances are (especially one small enough to fit through a needle) relatively low.

No one can (or probably even should) make the decision for you (as to go to the ED or not). If you really feel that you may have done some damage, err on the side of caution. What worst - getting look down upon/cops involved/etc (all depends on where you live), or (possibly, albeit improbably) dying?
 
Why do you have to hide it from the doctor? You want your shot to work, and feet are normally the last place people will go to make a shot. I have known very few people who managed to successfully IV with their feet, and I don't believe many people should even attempt it.

To use your feet veins you will need a very fine gauge - which is ideal for your hands/arms, if you aren't trying to have huge, noticeable track marks or bruises afterwards.

Shooting coagulated blood is not safe, and only a micron filter will be able to safely filter out human blood (although it will not filter blood borne illnesses like HIV or Hep-C, it will filter out MRSA and all other bacteria). I 2nd what Captain.H said, when i killed my arms i went for my feet, ended up destroying them realtively quickly.

also once on my left foot I hit what looked to be a nice vein (registered and everything) and was pushing the plunger when all the sudden I got extreme acute pain, i ripped the needle out cuz it hurt too much and my foot swelled up instantly, couldnt walk for a day.

another time i hit a smaller vein on the top of my foot and ended up slipping out and missed maybe 5cc's and that was a BIG mistake, i cant say i couldnt because i did, but i shouldnt have walked on it, and it took a while to heal up, all in all avoid your feet if you can, but its beeter to hit your foot IMO then to go for your femarol or jugular as your are putting a whole lot more at risk.
