hey i just made a bluelight accnt like 5 secs ago,
i really needs some help as too where i can find out how to tell if mushrooms are fake/strong

Even with assistance from shroomery.org it will be pretty difficult to know for sure. Unless the dealer is completely honest and knows what type the mushrooms are, there really is no way to tell. You could take a picture and post it on there, but even then they wouldn't be able to know exactly how strong they are.

If you're unsure of what kind of mushrooms you have, don't take them. You could poison yourself.

Even if they're the right species of shroom, we couldn't tell you what strength they would be.

It's easier to identify fresh shrooms than dried ones but, yeah, check shroomery.org for sure. They know more about it than most of the people here.(and it's against our rules here)

Good luck.

Impossible for you to really tell the strength without trying them and even then the potency can vary vastly from mushroom to mushroom.

The easiest way to dose is to make sure the mushrooms are dry and then weigh them, and base your dosage on that - though as mentioned the potency varies and 2.5g of one batch of mushrooms can be as strong as 3.5g of another, and vice versa.

Strength also varies between strains, for example Liberty caps (Psilocybe semilanceata), the most common strain in Europe, are a lot stronger by weight than Psilocybe cubensis, the most common strain available in the US.

Shroomery.org offers mushroom identification as others have mentioned but just be warned that it's not always completely accurate particularly with dried mushrooms where the differences are less obvious. Some strains are also harder to identify than others. Here at Bluelight we don't allow identification threads for this reason as we don't want people to falsely be given the wrong impression that what they take is the real thing when it might not be.

Anyway since your questions have been answered I'm going to close this. :)
