Hi friends.
As u know, i am on crazy dose of tramadol but since NOW i Till take 200mg dose 3-4 times per day.
I have to be in 400mg recomended doses until next week.
It would be horrible but i have some cyproheptadine, chlorprothixene, tizanidine, vortioxetine, also little brown hash rock, quite potent.
And another question.
My tramadol Is also in liquid form 100mg/1ml. Bottle has 100ml.
I have also doreta (325 paracetakiller, 37,5 tramadol.
The liquid form works faster and Its better for me because i can only drink tea not to vomit and suddenly 500mg paracetamol makes me puke.
Little bit of Alprazolam....what shoul i do today for tíme to go faster, do u think i will reach the 400mg/24 h in 7 days process ?

This Is beginning of the fourth days.

WD symptoms from instant dose lowered from 2000mg every day to 200mg/6hrs.
1, Pain - mostly legs, cold legs and foot.
2, Speach impaired like when u know that seizure is near. But i have plenty sedative anxiolytics ( alprazolam, cinolazepam, leveteracetam, pregabaline, tizanidine )
3, I am ACTIVE AS F**K probably because of high levels of adrenaline, modafinil use, and 800mg daily tramadol is still dangerous daily dose. I tried modafinil in WD and i suddenly colored my hair, shaved my body hair, bought new black glasses (I am "influencer" living in something like Hollywood of my country and i hate to be on public alone without hood,glasses, friends ). I still do a lot, but it can't be compared to normal days.
4, I am on plenty potent sedative pills but modafinil must still be the one u feel the most. No sleep.

Pregabaline + my other meda can result into completely dissociative state. I was on toilet, suddenly everything was red and raising so high. Beautiful. But i almost destroyed huge mirror and destroyed trash can, 30yo mug.

Modafinil will only worsen the withdrawal when it wears off

I don't understand what you're trying to do? You're not making any sense. Are you trying to have enough meds in your system until a doctor's visit where you might be drug tested? Or are you just trying to get relief? Your post doesn't make a lot of sense

If you're trying to get through the pain on what sounds like a smaller dose than medicine then I'd say sleep! That's how I get through my pain. Especially whenever I run out of meds. Get some ambient especially extended release ambient and just sleep
