I need to stop adderall for awhile before I really mess up

I just realized today how far I let this thing go. After I took 60 mg xr with hardly effect, I took 70mg xr more 3 hours later. I'm hardly even feeling anything, but fear.
Now it's basically turning into me being paranoid for the hast 3.5 hours with a hot face and hard of breathing....
I need to stop for a long time I think.
Is this a bad dose or would I be dead by now if it were?

Also, best advice for dropping tolerance? I don't want to do this and end up dying. I know even tho effects can't be felt the dose being high still stresses the heart bad.

I have magnetism, regular, and a few other vitamins, but I want to know anyone's specific routine.

Also, any advice to lower my blood pressure right now? Vitamins or anything?

I'm not really freaked, just feel stupid...I guess I didn't even realize I had taken all of that in such a short time. It really starts to get away from a person.....then they don't realize how many milligrams it has actually escalated to. I would love to lower my tolerance down and go back to my 60mg xr a day as prescribed. I dint really like this because I need to go to college and actually pass.....I am an idiot.

Would switching to Ritalin xr help anything at all? I MIT have better time not abusing that...and if my tolerance isn't all stupid retarded with that then I can at least use it therapeutically.

I usually am good with my meds. I can have some fun one night and use it normally for a few months without having any more fun....like once every two-three months. But the last couple weeks I have done it a few times....I just wanna get my tolerance down and go back to normal.

Well honestly the dose you mentioned is actually not too high compared to many other people prescribed/using adderall or other amphetamines.

My recreational dose my first time and the other few times i did it in the past (before being prescribed it and hardly do it now) was 90mg XR, or 60mg IR which would be considered very very high and possibly dangerous for someone with no tolerance to do, however although i felt extremely shitty when coming down from these doses, i still lived and never really felt like i was gonna die besides just feeling so shitttty.

However much later on some months ago, i got prescribed 20mg IR to take twice a day so a total of 40mg IR, which i only use twice a week since i realized how shitty taking adderall daily makes me feel. Tonight is one of the days i took my medicine since it's been some days, and i dosed 50mg, with very little tolerance which is a lot higher than you, but everyone reacts differently and i believe you said you take he medication frequently (which can be the cause of this side effect).

So in theory, your dose that you mentioned doesn't seem that high, maybe your just using it too often, or your body is more sensitive to the negative reactions of adderall (theirs a looot). Some things i can tell you about how to help with your tolerance is first off to not take it daily if you can avoid it. That is the number one and best advice and most effective. But if must needed daily, take prescribed dose (dont abuse) and take l-tyrosine a few times a week (it creates more dopamine, which will cause the adderall to work better, but take only a few times a week since your body can rely on the vitamin to create dopamine). Also they say CHELATED magnesium every night helps minimize tolerance issues, and lastly dxm. Something with only dxm in it like nasty delsym cough syrup, or certain robotussins, 30-60mg a few times a week or nightly can help with tolerance issues as well. Cheers XD

---And of course make sure you EAT properly since adderall can mess with eating habits a lot, make sure you get enough sleep (another thing that contributes to many of adderalls negative effects), and drink a lot of water + chelated magnesium nightly, and occassional l-tyrosine/dxm and a daily multivitamin

Adderall tolerance can spike pretty quickly when you redose like that. I know how it goes, you take some and don't want to come down so you keep taking more, and it only takes a binge or two like that before your tolerance it through the roof. Your best bet is to space out your usage more, and keep it to one single dose when you do use. `
