I need late out door advise.

When do I cut my plants for sure? Also should I top them. I have a few small ones in planter bowls. Or whatever. But I dunno what to do with them anymore but water them. I'm worried about them already being done and perhaps they won't grows anymore. But I dunno any thoughts)? My sister wants to top all of them. But she's does heroin so my automatic response to that is no. I thought topping was a early in the plants life not later so what month so I cut them oct?

Yea topping is definitely done early, at this point only cut certain buds if they seem to be mature while others are not. (You can selectively take buds as they mature.)

Second waiting til frost hits. If it’s just one night and you can cover your plants they can survive a bit longer but if it’s a cold spell that’s here to stay just cut em.

If you cut em too early there’s always edibles and concentrates.
