Opioids I need help with a BTH extraction plz

So basically someone i know thought it would be easy to snort their tar heroin with powder so they mixed it with baking powder. After doing so he realized that he added to much and became to much of an inconvenience to snort so now is wondering is there anything that can be done to fix this fuck up? any extraction possible or is he stuck with the powder. thanks to anyone that has some info on this.
