Hello! I'm 16 5'11 and weight 135, not to long ago I boxer fractured my pinky knuckle not too long ago, and everyday it hurts.. Probably 4 out of 1-10.. All day.. I did not have surgery on my hand but it hurts constantly.. I had left over hydrocodone from my presscription and that tends to help a lot. Please let me know what I shuold do..

Wrong section to post in for sure, but why not go to the hospital, they will probably give you more painkillers and may be able to tell you how bad it is and how long it may take to heal. Take some hydrocodone to hold you over until you have time to see a doctor if it helps

that's the thing it's already healed.. It's just hasn't stopped hurting.. It more like nerve pain..

I'm sorry to hear you are in pain. I would start with some ibuprofen while you make a decision on what to do. Take it 4-6 hours on the clock so it decreases the inflammation that could be pressing on your nerves. There are nerve meds available also, but I would put a call into an advisor nurse if you have insurance, and maybe schedule to see your doctor again.
Good luck! :)

Get it examined if it's fractured it needs setting and taping up. Otherwise it's gonna heal wrong and then you'll be stuck with it all your life.

sounds like u had shit doctor that didn't catch either a some sort of nerve pinch or bone fracture. multiple xray/ct scans should be performed if allowed by your insurance and if anything is found assess the situation with your doc and determine if surgery or PT are approriate. in either case if the results come back negative or show minor damage, good look getting more hydrocodone. especially if you're in the states, trying to get a decent opiate in the US nowadays if you're under the age of 1000 is nearly impossible unless you have a body part falling off.

Just eat the hydrocodone, then you won't have to worry about it for another 3 hours.

Well, that would take care of the problem very superficially and at some point you would have to deal with or else medication could become a huge thing in someone´s life.
