if you live in Canada, you probably are much better off.

Minus the fact that the quality of the Canadian healthcare is sub par at best. Very few drs and the ones we have are horrendously under trained. Take it from me, someone who has to deal with this all the time (cuz it sucks so 1-3 appointments a week for 1.5 years still can't diagnose me) be GLAD you have to pay for healthcare.

I know how hard it is to go to a medical institution and confess you are an addict, but from my friends experiences, ER's don't really care. If you were going to your primary doc, then maybe I would be scares. However, ER's want you in and out, asap. Hell, I know someone who was wd'ing so bad they went to the ER (no ER can turn you away, ever, for anything, even if you have an ingrown hair and no $$$) and got IV morphine on the spot, some bupe to take home, and a referral to a bupe doc.

serious back problems that im working on getting fixed now and all i got was a shot of Tramadol and a script for ibuprofen 800.. which both aint shit

I think that this point has been sufficiently hammered home, but I just wanted to join the others in saying that you need to be medically evaluated.

As others have said, an emergency room is required to evaluate you and provide care in this situation, regardless of your ability to pay. For more information on this, check out this link.

There really isn't anything else we can say or do except to communicate that you need to see a doctor, so I'm going to go ahead and close this. Please don't hesitate to private message me if you have any questions about this.
