I need help... I'm new to this

How long does the withdrawals take for short term subs?!?????
i was 10 days clean of taking a half of suboxone for the last 5 months. Came home and relapsed of H for 4 days I used little H then made 2 suboxone pills last for the last 2 weeks. Today is my Second day clean. Chills and sweating. I was on a quarter (two mgs) a day then went to an eighth half of the quarter so one mg. with withdraws came the next day so yesterday and today with Rough. How long will I go through this 5 to 10 days

I have no experience with subs so I can't help you there although I'm sure someone here can. Just as a general FYI you don't need to create two threads in the same forum that are about exactly the same thing, just make one and wait for someone to reply. Also this might be better suited for the Basic Drug Discussion forum as this is the New Member Introductions forum. Not trying to be mean or anything, just pointing you in the right direction. FWIW I've heard that sub withdrawals can be a lot more brutal than run of the mill opiate withdrawals but I've never taken subs so I can't really help you much further than that. Give it some time and someone here will probably reply with a lot more useful information. Good luck!

Good point above. Yeah, subs can be more brutal for sure. Luckily though you've been on them for only 5 months. This is long but it hasn't been years. There are many factors involved.

For one, How long were you using opiates before moving over to suboxone?

Are you taking anything for withdrawals?

.you should hopefully start to feel better after 5 days I haven't heard about the brutal withdrawls. ive detoxed heroin twice and methadone once about ten years ago you will be ok if it was flu you would just go to bed see it out. good luck

could be 10-20

i would suppliment with cannabis and nicotine for any withdrawl.
im a firm believer that cold turkey is a joke.

you will be fine. just remember your body is detoxing. try nice hot baths. sweat it out. then drink gatorade, and sleep darling. just sleep it out.

it sucks but you can do it!!!!!
