while you need to know your tolerance and be smart with fentanyl...100mcg is roughly the same as 20mg oxycodone

this isn't a patch giving 100mcg/hour...its 100mcg total...this is a small amount

Its a 100mcg, and says im or iv.

I think he means 100mcg/ml.

If so .5 to 1ml is a good place to start with no tolerance.
