I need help! I have a bottle of liquid fentanyl......

I need help with the dosage. Its a 100mcg, and says im or iv. Should i do like 1 unit iv or im and see how i feel? Please help...It would be greatly appreciated, thx!
 
the best advice you will get is this---if your not familar with iv-ing or im-ing you need to start with that 1st.get a friend or someone to help you.If you are an already iv/im user than you need to know exactly how much fent=a unit. You say you have a bottle that says 100mcg. well thats not telling us much and as the above poster said there are many variables...

my opinion, dont fuck with fent unless you know what your doing and have done it before--its a very dangerous and powerful drug and a little too much and you could be in for a dirt nap:

If you haven't used a needle before, don't. Using a needle with fentanyl, especially if you aren't experienced with opiates, is asking for trouble.


My advice would be to:
1. Evaluate your tolerance
2. Figure out the proper dose
3. Measure out the proper dose
4. Insufflate

When you say insufflate the liquid fent..
Do you mean just as it is or dry it out first?

I really dont like threads like this one.. maybe I'm a dick but I feel like you dont deserve it if you ask like this. Have you used fent?? what is your opiate tolerance. If you dont do at least 60-80 mg of oxy at once or daily, then give this fent to a real junky.
 
What is your tolerance to fent, do you ever do patches, if not, you can have a decent opiate tolerance and a low tolerance to fent as the cross-tolerance is low. How much is in the bottle total? I think 100-200 mcg is a good starting dose, no need to go much higher if you don't know what it's going to do to you. Be careful. To say better safe than sorry is an understate ment, you need to be doubly careful with the fent because of how potent it is. You can always tell that you have done enough or possibly too much by checking your pulpils on that stuff.(yes I know all opiates constrict pupils.) Go into the bathroom with the light off, then turn it on, if you're puils don't constrict any further, you need to stop dosing. Thy will put your pupils to absolute pinpoint even in the dark is what I'm getting at. A high dose if it will also make your heart race.

Lol are you jealous? Opiates are opiates, some are just a lot stronger, if he uses the appropriate dose I see no reason why it cant be like even codeine.

Personally I'd dilute it in water (providing it doesn't break down) and use it orally, yes this will waste it however its already so bloody strong you will still get high from it. Or maybe just gargle it around in your mouth.
 
50mcgs (IV) is a good starting dose of fent for the opiate naive. I have a decent opiate tolerance and it takes me at least 250mcgs of IV fent all at once to feel it at all
 
And if its in an ampule (if you have to break the glass topper to get to the drug), you must filter it with a micron filter or some cotton. When you break the glass, small pieces fall into the drug.
 
I have 75mcg fentanyl patches (the non liquid kind) - what is the best way to get high on these - ingesting them orally? A friend told me to just fold them and chew them for a couple hours, then swallow them. Is this how you would dothem? Just curious - I used to get the liquid ones and would simply cut a corner off than squeeze out about half the liquid into my mouth and swallow it. Unfortunately, they are now giving me this non-liquid crap! Any help or suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
 
100mcg isnt a whole lot. People who abuse fent patches get milligrams at a time. However, this is IV, so if you dont have a tolerance, then start with 50mcg. If you do have a moderate-high tolerance, the whole 100mcg would be fine.
 
What I meant to say is 75mcg per hour....if you were to actually WEAR the thing! Actual dose is 7.65mg.....sorry about that!

You ate half the gel out of a fent patch? I'm surprised you're not dead. Seriously.

For the non-gel type you can use alcohol and rub the patch on yur gums. Do a search
