i need help deciding my first DXM dosage ..:)

I only have access to DXM cough syrup . I want to use it for social anxiety so i only want it for the first plateau nothing more . Even if i don't reach the first plateau but it cures anxiety it's okay . So i heard there shouldn't be any other drugs that may be harmful like acetaminophen in the syrup and mine has just got DXm and ephedrine so now the whole bottle is 90 ml

So how much of the bottle do i need to drink to reach first plateau and how do i calculate it ?

It is not easy to hit the first plateau. So consistently doing so? lol. Also do not use medicine like DXM for anxiety everyone experiences . Not a good move leme tell ya.

Well the ephedrine will sure not help with your anxiety :D. That's a stimulant. DXM also acts upon noradrenaline so it will have an additive effect of stimulation.

I do not recommend you do this at all. Look for something else if you're that desparate. Or just learn to deal with it on your own, which is the most effective way imo :D

Dealing with it on my own ? i am way past that . It's impossible to deal with it on my own . And i don't want to go the benzo route . Lyrica is shit. Ssris make me a zombie . I am out of options that's why i am only left with DXM .

Not with that defeating attitude. If you think no-one experiences severe social anxiety you're wrong. Part of life is dealing with the natural feelings that come with it. I used to be the same. Completely frozen around people and especially girls. Hardly being able to talk. You know what changed? I learned to deal with it. I still get it to this day but I do NOT let it defeat me anymore. My friend told me he deals with high anxiety moments by breathing deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth. Trust me it works.
Especially when you get those random flashback anxiety moments.

Very wise choice. Any "route" you choose is gonna be a simple band-aid and NEVER a permanent fix.

Only thing wrong with alcohol is that i already used it and its god send .but chronic alcohol use isn't good and i want an alternative .
