Opioids I need a Methadone taper?

Hello, I have a quick question. Can someone give me a taper schedule to get off Methadone via DHC? I have a 80 mg a day Methadone habit for one year.
My dose has been 150 mg but now I have reduce it to 80 mg. I had 75 tablets DHC - 60mg, and 5 Fentanyl patch - 25 mcgr/h.
How far should reduce methadone at least, and how to use patches and DHC. Thanks in advance to anyone who can inform me.

Firstly, have you been going to a clinic to get this methadone?Is it a possibility to discuss this with a medical profesional? I'm sure we can find some kind of help for you to taper off if the medical community is unwilling, but I'd like to be sure that is indeed the case.
Bluelight unfortunately can't replace the advice of a seasoned medical professional (even though I've known a heap of shit ones)

Yes, I know better doctor would answer, but whole problem is that I need in order to end the year to stop attending the clinic.

I want advice for gross misconduct in which they find in terms of writing my dose.
My officially dose give me to my home a 130 mg Methadon, but I actually consume 80 mg.
In January we will be moved to a new city and I can not have to go every day on the spot to consume tle methadone in clinic. I have no way out, and do not want to go back and eat almost double dose.
If you tell them the truth, you will wonder where methadone is gone and will never be able to get home, if I drive out of detox and 21 days, for giving methadone to others shall be punished with expulsion.
