to me, that bud is wayyy to nice to use for cooking, i'd be smoking that, but if you want to make it edible quickly and easily, just de-stem it, grind it real good and chuck it in a bowl full of betty crocker brownie mix. cook as instructed on the box and you'll be on your way to bliss.
