I mixed H with Valium

yesterday i popped 2 5mg valiums in the morning (10am) then started smoking h around 11am ...my whole body started TREMBLING like i was in 0 degree freezing weather. The crazy shakes would not stop for about 20 minutes..then I puked out my guts and everything was fine.. is this my bodys reaction to this combination or does valium and H just not go together?

I would never mix H & Valium, you could kill yourself. Valium & H mixed slows your breathing & can stop your heart.
