I might have accidentally taken 20mg of lexapro instead of 10mg will I be OK?

I got confused and forgot what day it was yesterday/today and I might have accidentally taken 20mg of lexapro instead of my usual dose of 10mg will I be OK? Should I take 10mg tomorrow? Or just not take any tomorrow?
 
You will be fine my friend, no need to worry. I've done the same thing before. Just continue with your regular dose tomorrow, don't skip a day.
 
I wouldn't get too worried, 20mg isn't a lethal dose, just monitor your symptoms closely. But If you start to have any of the following symptoms call your doctor, blurred or tunnel vision, swelling of the eye, nausea or vomiting, stiff muscles, tremors, severe anxiety, or heart palpitations. And take your daily dose as you normally would tomorrow. All that being said, you should be just fine.
